Shipping
A contribution of 10 € is required for delivery costs. On the other hand, no contribution is required for orders over € 50.
The shipment of the products is carried out by courier selected by MEZZANOTTEEVENTI DI ORSINI ANDREA, for which a shipment tracking service is active.
The courier makes deliveries on working days from 9:00 to 18:00; therefore Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays are excluded from deliveries.
Deliveries will be made within 24/72 hours from the date of the order confirmation (if the order is placed by 4.00 pm on a working day and unless there are events of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances). Any delivery delays may be caused by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by force majeure or in case of holidays.
The delivery times indicated by Esthebeauty srl must be considered as indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, do not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
Esthebeauty srl will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
The products will be delivered to the address communicated by the Customer during registration.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet, or in any case altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping);
any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, putting a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier and writing, within 3 days of receipt, an e-mail to info@00e20.com specifying the anomalies found;
In case of non-receipt of the goods after 5 working days from the order (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact customer service at info@00e20.com , describing precisely the problem (Date of the online order, purchased products, area of ​​residence).

Right of withdrawal

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Esthebeauty srl will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; MEZZANOTTEEVENTI DI ORSINI ANDREA will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during the return shipment.

Esthebeauty srl may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases in which MEZZANOTTEEVENTI DI ORSINI ANDREA the returned product and / or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and / or its original internal packaging;

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Esthebeauty srl will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
