Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the hei Poa products ordered, please contact our Support Service on 0331 790964 (Monday - Friday from 09:30 to 14:00) and return the purchased products to us within ten (10) days. from delivery.

Please note that all promotional products, including free gifts and samples received with your purchase, must be returned. We will refund the amount spent on the purchase.

All products must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, using the GLS shipping service to protect you and ensure fast delivery. We are sorry, but the return shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If the package has been damaged by the carrier during shipment and the contents have been rendered unusable, keep the packaging and goods and contact us immediately on 0331 790964 (Monday - Friday from 09:30 to 14:00). The carrier will be notified and the package as well as the damaged items will be replaced.
